Manufacturers will serialize samples with the “NUM” prefix. (Previously manufactured products can be converted into samples using a different notification service.)
Warehouses receive the samples from the ITS web services via PTS.
Using the incoming order files, the samples are delivered to medical representatives by scanning the products, and service notifications are completed.
The medical representative scans the samples received using the CodeMag Android or iOS applications and completes the delivery to doctors, along with the notifications to ITS services.
Data is securely stored in the Cloud system. Through integration, reports are generated and presented to companies.
